How long is the order packaging and processing time?

We process each order with utmost care so that they reach you in safe and sound condition. Gift wrapping is also available on request for free. In rare case, if any of the artwork is lost or damaged in transit - we will happily offer you refunds. If the frame is delivered damaged we will offer full refund of framing charges. We usually dispatch products between 3-5 days of placing the order and share tracking details for the same.

Shipping details

All of Just a shade deeper orders have free shipping for domestic orders. You will be informed of the order status and shipping updates on email. In case, you did not receive any update, please mail us to For international orders: Please contact us on email for orders that need to be shipped outside India. Shipping will be done via Speedpost/DHL/FedEx and the shipping cost will be charged as per actuals.

How do I make an exchange?

We hope the situation never arises, however we will help with full refund in the following cases in 7 days. 1. You didn't like the artwork you received. We will refund the whole amount no questions asked. 2. The artwork was damaged on delivery. However you need to inform this within 1 day of receiving the parcel. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major international Master, Visa And Amex cards. Indian customers can also pay via Debit Cards / Net Banking / Wallets . We unfortunately do not have COD option.
